White Chocolate Fudge recipe

Fudge is a delectable treat that the whole family will enjoy. This white chocolate version is particularly delicious.


  • 500g golden caster sugar
  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract

Method of Preparation:

  1. Grease and line a 23cm square baking dish. Grate the chocolate or chop it up very finely.

  2. Put the sugar and cream into a saucepan and bring the mixture to a simmer. Boil it for around 20 minutes or until it reaches the soft ball stage on a thermometer.

  3. Stir the chocolate into the fudge and pour it into the prepared tin. Let it set for a few hours and then score it or cut it into pieces.
