Salted Caramel Lollies recipe

These lollies are a great gift for any birthday party bag. They literally take less than half an hour to make.


  • 150g golden caster sugar
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • Lolly sticks

Method of Preparation:

  1. Lay a sheet of baking parchment onto a baking tin. Lay out some lolly sticks on the baking parchment.

  2. Put the sugar into a saucepan and heat it gently so that it begins to melt and caramelise. Once it reaches a deep golden colour, add the salt and swirl the caramel. Remove it from the heat.

  3. Drizzle a little of the caramel over each lolly stick. Leave them to set for an hour or so and then wrap each lolly in cellophane and tie them with ribbon.
