Mini Pizzas - Parma Ham and Parmesan Topping recipe

This delectable pizza topping couldn’t be easier. Add on a few sliced mushrooms if you like them. This topping makes enough for eight mini pizzas.


  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 100g parmesan cheese
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 24 basil leaves

Method of Preparation:

  1. Put a tbsp. of cream cheese onto each pizza base.

  2. Drape one piece of Parma ham onto each pizza.

  3. Divide the cheese between the pizzas and then divide the basil leaves between them.

  4. Cook the pizzas at 180C for about 10 minutes.
