Mini Pizzas - Italian Sausage and Mozzarella Topping recipe

Everyone loves pepperoni so why not introduce them to different types of salami? Go into your local deli or take a look at the deli counter at your local supermarket and try something different. We recommend Italian salami.


  • 250g sausage
  • Half a jar of Passata
  • 2 balls of mozzarella

Method of Preparation:

  1. Chop the sausage into rough chunks and place it into a frying pan with a bit of olive oil. Once the sausage starts to render down and release fat, add in the Passata and simmer the mixture for five minutes.

  2. Slice the mozzarella balls into rough slices.

  3. Divide the sauce between the pizzas and place a couple of mozzarella slices onto each pizza.

  4. Cook the pizzas for around 10 minutes at 200C.
