Chocolate Sauce recipe

This decadent sauce is perfect with all of our cakes. Itís really easy to make, too.


  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. salted butter
  • 2 tbsp. golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp. water

Method of Preparation:

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and then place it into a small saucepan with the butter, syrup and water.

  2. Heat it on the lowest flame until completely melted and smooth.

  3. Serve spooned over cakes.
